Life is said to be made of ups and downs, I’d rather say
life is made of challenges and victories. There’s nothing you propose yourself
to do that you can’t actually do. I had my own way of experiencing that.
I am not here to tell you what to do or what not to do, I am
here to SHOW you what I've been doing and from that you can make your own
assumptions. I am not a fitness goodness who will never be wrong I am a genuine
seeker of the better of myself therefore I am always trying to find the best of
everything and part of everything is my body and that’s what this blog is made
for.
Seekers of a better body, a healthy way of eating, gym
exercise, types of diets, supplementation, resting time among other things I've been putting myself through for the last decade.
Once again, I am not here as a professional trying to gather
new clients, I am here to expose the way things have been working out for me,
hopefully inspiring some people and getting
inspired by sharing what I got from time.
To exemplify what I want to show, here’s a little something.
The pictures bellow show my body a few years ago and my body nowadays, it’s not
much, but is the much I am proud of achieve though being far from what I really
desire.
