If you ever been on a diet you’ll understand what I am about
to talk about. You have a restrict variety of food to go through, textures will
be basically the same for quite some time, and after a while your taste for
food will become insensitive, I mean you’ll start to think as a perfectionist-hardcore-biologist-bodybuilder
would think…”I am not eating chicken, I am processing protein or if you are
eating a sweet potato you will only thing about the production of insulin”
That’s why this weekend I gave my cravings for texture a
chance to satisfy it. I went mad at cooking. BEWARE I haven’t stop my diet … I just
successfully found a way of cooking something different with the same range of
food I have
Here it goes
Asparagus and cherry tomato chicken roll
500 gr of chicken breast
3 small cherry tomato
5-6 asparagus stick
Half onion
Seasoning
Salt
Put all your chicken in a food processor; mince it till you
get a paste texture. Spread the chicken I a thin foil; make sure you leave
about 1 cm each side of the foil without the paste. In you go with all the
filling (I am using asparagus but you can go for whatever you have you your
fridge), onion and tomato in. Using the thin foil as guide start closing your
chicken roll, make sure you have everything really tight cause at the end It
will be easier to slice. Put in the oven for about 30 minutes. When it is cooked just unwrap it and slice…
and enjoy it…
